Let’s just say it had been years since I’d seen a dentist in the Tri. My first here had no integrity and my second cared more about the spa experience and upselling than my pain or my future teeth. So needless to say, I procrastinated finding a third. I just left Viewpoint and it’s just the beginning, but a good first impression. The staff was very kind, and actually seemed to enjoy being there. My many fancy xrays were gentle and accommodated my sensitive tori, technology was not lagging, and I felt each comment and exam was intended for my well-being, not for the status or gain of the office. I was afraid coming in that they’d take advantage of my waiting so long and give me a bunch of expensive treatments. I left with nothing but clean teeth, a minor necessary repair that I could see for myself on the films, and they caught something beyond their expertise that they had to refer me out for. So impressed when a doc doesn’t try to do it all, or do things just because. Dr Mehak was a great surprise. Glad I found Viewpoint!

Wow! Everyone here is amazing. I had dental insurance from CA and expressed how I wasn’t sure how it would work, but they checked promptly on their end and reassured me about my coverage for every step (x rays, cleaning, treatments, etc). They got me in within a week. Dr. Snow was so patient and clarified all questions. She went beyond just checking my teeth, to looking at my tongue, jaw, upper throat, etc. You can tell easily this place is team oriented and has loads of experience. Highly recommend!

Lost a big, cosmetic filling on a front tooth. They got me in quickly. Snow looked at it and considered whether to replace the filling or go to a crown. For today, she decided to replace the filling that than having me come back for another appointment to do the longer process of a crown. She cautioned that this filling is more like a 'long term, temporary" filling - which I totally understand, and am happier she decided to go this way.

Went in to get my teeth cleaned early this morning and due to a few circumstances, one being an insurance issue, I came to the conclusion that I needed to have a crown done asap that I had been putting off for several months. Viewpoint was able to squeeze me in later this morning and I now have a shiny new crown looking, fitting and feeling fantastic! Suzy and her staff are AMAZING!! Wether you need your teeth cleaned, a filling, a night guard, a crown, or a host of other things they do, you can rest assured that their service is always top notch! I've had mercury fillings replaced and a crown in the back of my small mouth. The team is very sensitive to any discomfort for the patient. The work is well done. They even offer tips on no-drugs solutions to common problems. Sinus congestion or mouth-breathing when you sleep, for example. Saltwater gargle and tape. Ask them for the details. Welcoming atmosphere, caring staff, skilled dentist and techs.

I started going to Viewpoint dental in December of last year, my neighbor highly recommended Dr. Snow. I had a chipped tooth and my previous dentist said it needed to be pulled. Dr. Snow saved that tooth and I am extremely thankful for that! Dr. Snow and her staff did everything they could to make sure I was pain free and comfortable! Viewpoint Dentistry is awesome! I have never experienced a dental office that had such innovative technology and such caring staff. They utilize 3d X-rays and state of the art machines that can make crowns, sleep guards, etc.. While getting a patient centered comprehensive exam, I felt like their only patient. I actually learned about a potential health concern that I plan on following up with my primary care physician. I have always had a lot of fear and apprehension about doctors, so before when I had dental work done it was with great stress and anxiety. I was a patient of another dental practice since 2013. That is until a recent appointment there; enough said. It is so refreshing to meet Doctor Snow and her staff, where empathic emphasis is placed on what I envision, and how I truly feel (my apprehensions and concerns). From my first appointment at Viewpoint, I sensed that I had genuinely found a dental home that I can trust to meet my needs. At my second appointment I had 2 single-visit crowns installed. Wow, what a trouble-free way to get crowned.

Wow! My initial visit was longer than I anticipated but that was only because they did a really good job at trying to get to know me, and figuring out a plan of action. It was unique, but by far the best first visit I have ever had a dentist office.

I was under a time constraint and the hygienist met my needs in that area while still doing a great job on my cleaning.
Staff was very friendly. Thought they did a good job of explaining everything. Was a little surprised by the cost of the X rays and cleaning. More typical (in Arkansas) is half of that, but everything else was great!

I broke a crown I had already and they were able to get me in same day to get the work done that I needed to replace it even though I had never been to this dentist office before. Very impressed with their work and how fast it was. Would definitely highly recommend!

I had the first appointment of the day and everyone was very welcoming and practicing safe & healthy COVID protocols. I'm glad I switched to Viewpoint after my previous dentist of 25+ years retired. Just had 5 fillings replaced that were residing in my teeth for over 45 years. The process was much simpler and nearly painless from what I remember when they were installed in my youth. The laser removal technique was awesome, and no anesthetic and numb mouth after effects. Great job. Highly recommended dental clinic.

Always friendly, always give full disclosure on why the treatment plan and the costs associated with it. Maybe I am due a guilt trip for how long I take between visits or care for my teeth, but Dr. Snow and her crew have never shamed me or blamed me for the state of my teeth.

Dr. Snow explained everything and even did some confirming of her diagnosis while I was there. Very impressive!!. Shows she cares and is not one of those providers that try to show that they know everything on the top of their heads.

We have been Viewpoint patient for 25 years, originally with the one-and-only but now retired Dennis Higgins, the dentist that other dentists admired.

Nothing personal, but I abhor going to a dentist. Having recently returned to the Tri-Cities from Texas, one of the first "to do" items was a trip to the dentist. I was extremely pleased with everyone: the receptionist, the technicians and Dr. Snow. They are professional yet friendly. There was very little discomfort involved and the cost was reasonable. I'll be back - with less apprehension next time.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Were not super pushy like some dentists are. They answered all my questions and explained the condition of my teeth very well. They explained the reasons for the recommendations as well. They also do one of the most detailed initial exams which is great!

I was so impressed with Viewpoint Dentistry! All of the people that work there are so kind and caring. They also work really well with other medical issues to ensure a great experience. Their laser dentistry can't be beat! Without an anesthetic, I had a filling done that caused me absolutely no pain during the procedure! I've never been to a better dentist!

I have been going to Viewpoint Dentistry for 14 years now and have always been happy. Last time I went in I had a crown done and the crown was done same day!
When I found out I needed to have my first crowns I wanted the best dental care possible and found it at Viewpoint Dentistry. Viewpoint has state of the art equipment and I enjoyed interacting with Dr. Higgins, Dr. Snow, Bonnie, Kara, Brenda and Sophia. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional and seemed to really care.
I have been going to Viewpoint Dentistry for cleanings for years and they are great. Several years ago I had a crown installed and had to wait with a temporary until the real one was installed. Today I had a new CEREC Same Day Crown installed. It's only one visit and the Dental Assistant Bonnie and Dr. Snow were very professional.

Because of a poor maintenance plan as a child, my mouth became a museum of dental history. Through the years, I've had a variety of dental procedures on my teeth and many in the past left me with more problems than benefit. Since going to Viewpoint Dentistry, I've not had a single procedure that I has unhappy with. I always leave their office with not just healthier teeth, but teeth I'm confident to show when I smile. Recently, I needed to have a tooth crowned that had just had a root canal. Viewpoint Dentistry now has the technology to take 3-D photos of a tooth, before preparing it and after, and making the crown and putting it in place the same day. It's worked out great and I'm pleased that there was no need for a temporary crown. The doctors and the staff make a great team.

The staff got me in the same week which I appreciated because I was off work for spring break. Bonnie was amazing during the crown process and even stayed late to make the crown so I could come in the next day to get it placed. The service you receive there is always above and beyond, and Dr. Higgins is a great dentist who cares about his patients and has created a great team.

Let’s just say it had been years since I’d seen a dentist in the Tri. My first here had no integrity and my second cared more about the spa experience and upselling than my pain or my future teeth. So needless to say, I procrastinated finding a third. I just left Viewpoint and it’s just the beginning, but a good first impression. The staff was very kind, and actually seemed to enjoy being there. My many fancy xrays were gentle and accommodated my sensitive tori, technology was not lagging, and I felt each comment and exam was intended for my well-being, not for the status or gain of the office. I was afraid coming in that they’d take advantage of my waiting so long and give me a bunch of expensive treatments. I left with nothing but clean teeth, a minor necessary repair that I could see for myself on the films, and they caught something beyond their expertise that they had to refer me out for. So impressed when a doc doesn’t try to do it all, or do things just because. Dr Mehak was a great surprise. Glad I found Viewpoint!

Wow! Everyone here is amazing. I had dental insurance from CA and expressed how I wasn’t sure how it would work, but they checked promptly on their end and reassured me about my coverage for every step (x rays, cleaning, treatments, etc). They got me in within a week. Dr. Snow was so patient and clarified all questions. Lost a big, cosmetic filling on a front tooth. They got me in quickly. Snow looked at it and considered whether to replace the filling or go to a crown. For today, she decided to replace the filling that than having me come back for another appointment to do the longer process of a crown. She cautioned that this filling is more like a 'long term, temporary" filling - which I totally understand, and am happier she decided to go this way.

Went in to get my teeth cleaned early this morning and due to a few circumstances, one being an insurance issue, I came to the conclusion that I needed to have a crown done asap that I had been putting off for several months. Viewpoint was able to squeeze me in later this morning and I now have a shiny new crown looking, fitting and feeling fantastic! Suzy and her staff are AMAZING!! I've had mercury fillings replaced and a crown in the back of my small mouth. The team is very sensitive to any discomfort for the patient. The work is well done. They even offer tips on no-drugs solutions to common problems. Sinus congestion or mouth-breathing when you sleep, for example. Saltwater gargle and tape. Ask them for the details. Welcoming atmosphere, caring staff, skilled dentist and techs.

I started going to Viewpoint dental in December of last year, my neighbor highly recommended Dr. Snow. I had a chipped tooth and my previous dentist said it needed to be pulled. Viewpoint Dentistry is awesome! I have never experienced a dental office that had such innovative technology and such caring staff. They utilize 3d X-rays and state of the art machines that can make crowns, sleep guards, etc.. While getting a patient centered comprehensive exam, I felt like their only patient. I actually learned about a potential health concern that I plan on following up with my primary care physician. I have always had a lot of fear and apprehension about doctors, so before when I had dental work done it was with great stress and anxiety. I was a patient of another dental practice since 2013. That is until a recent appointment there; enough said. It is so refreshing to meet Doctor Snow and her staff, where empathic emphasis is placed on what I envision, and how I truly feel (my apprehensions and concerns). From my first appointment at Viewpoint, I sensed that I had genuinely found a dental home that I can trust to meet my needs. At my second appointment I had 2 single-visit crowns installed. I broke a crown I had already and they were able to get me in same day to get the work done that I needed to replace it even though I had never been to this dentist office before. Very impressed with their work and how fast it was. Would definitely highly recommend!

I had the first appointment of the day and everyone was very welcoming and practicing safe & healthy COVID protocols. I'm glad I switched to Viewpoint after my previous dentist of 25+ years retired. Just had 5 fillings replaced that were residing in my teeth for over 45 years. The process was much simpler and nearly painless from what I remember when they were installed in my youth. The laser removal technique was awesome, and no anesthetic and numb mouth after effects. Great job. Highly recommended dental clinic.

Nothing personal, but I abhor going to a dentist. Having recently returned to the Tri-Cities from Texas, one of the first "to do" items was a trip to the dentist. I was extremely pleased with everyone: the receptionist, the technicians and Dr. Snow. They are professional yet friendly. There was very little discomfort involved and the cost was reasonable. I'll be back - with less apprehension next time.
It's always GREAT when I come in. It's almost like come home after work.

Dr. Snow was recommended to me by several people. After several months hesitation I called for appt, had a delightful conversation with the receptionist registering and scheduling me. My 1st appt was yesterday, it was truly an eye opening and amazing visit. I have never had such a thorough exam, she told me what she was doing and why, which I love, and had several recommendations for my dental care over the next year or so. Plus I love Gladys. Had to be good if Gladys was there. Very impressed, and happy to be a patient there.

I cracked a tooth and Dr. Snow and Sophie were able to prep and cement a crown on the tooth the same day. Very friendly staff and all went out of their way to make me comfortable before, during and after my appointment. They explained everything and made sure I was not in pain while they were cleaning my teeth and checking them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Were not super pushy like some dentists are. They answered all my questions and explained the condition of my teeth very well. They explained the reasons for the recommendations as well. They also do one of the most detailed initial exams which is great!

Everyone from the lovely ladies running the front counter to the dentists all the way to the dentists assistance are all amazing people! I just got my teeth worked on and am a little uneasy when it comes to dental work and they made it comfortable for me. With that being said I would highly recommend this place of business to anyone who's looking to get dental work done!

I was so impressed with Viewpoint Dentistry! All of the people that work there are so kind and caring. They also work really well with other medical issues to ensure a great experience. Their laser dentistry can't be beat! Without an anesthetic, I had a filling done that caused me absolutely no pain during the procedure! I've never been to a better dentist!
My family have been patients of Dr. Higgins for over 8 years and have been extremely happy with the service of the entire office. Dr. Higgins is awesome and we will miss him when he retires but also welcome Dr. Snow.

I have been going to Viewpoint Dentistry for 14 years now and have always been happy. Last time I went in I had a crown done and the crown was done same day!
When I found out I needed to have my first crowns I wanted the best dental care possible and found it at Viewpoint Dentistry. Viewpoint has state of the art equipment and I enjoyed interacting with Dr. Higgins, Dr. Snow, Bonnie, Kara, Brenda and Sophia. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional and seemed to really care.
I have been going to Viewpoint Dentistry for cleanings for years and they are great. Several years ago I had a crown installed and had to wait with a temporary until the real one was installed. Today I had a new CEREC Same Day Crown installed. It's only one visit and the Dental Assistant Bonnie and Dr. Snow were very professional.

Because of a poor maintenance plan as a child, my mouth became a museum of dental history. Through the years, I've had a variety of dental procedures on my teeth and many in the past left me with more problems than benefit. Since going to Viewpoint Dentistry, I've not had a single procedure that I has unhappy with. I always leave their office with not just healthier teeth, but teeth I'm confident to show when I smile. Recently, I needed to have a tooth crowned that had just had a root canal. Viewpoint Dentistry now has the technology to take 3-D photos of a tooth, before preparing it and after, and making the crown and putting it in place the same day. It's worked out great and I'm pleased that there was no need for a temporary crown. The doctors and the staff make a great team.

I'm a nervous patient so when I discovered I needed several crowns I wasn't anxious to get the work done. I found the staff and service at Viewpoint to be caring and extremely professional. Dental Assistant Bonnie is very capable and does everything she can to ensure that I am comfortable and having a good experience. I recently met Rick, new to the team, who is the same way. The whole team seems to have good communications about my needs and all seem to have been briefed on why I am there and what needs to be done. And good humor is in abundance in the office, which contributes to the enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend View Point Dentistry and am glad I am a patient there.

I love the staff and the service they provide. Brenda is my regular hygienist and she always does an amazing job. I decided to post this review because just this week I went in for a cleaning and ended up needing a crown. The staff got me in the same week which I appreciated because I was off work for spring break. Bonnie was amazing during the crown process and even stayed late to make the crown so I could come in the next day to get it placed. The service you receive there is always above and beyond, and Dr. Higgins is a great dentist who cares about his patients and has created a great team.
Viewpoint dentistry is more than a business. The entire staff cares about you & the care they provide. They take no shortcuts & provide the uttmost in dental care. Trust me, coming from someone who has been a patient for 20 years, I trust no one else for my dental care.
